The Magasian District Court of Ingushetia recognized the opposition site in Ingushetiyaru.org, the successor to the site Ingusheti.ru. This was reported on the website of the Republican prosecutor's office, which initiated the consideration of the issue in court.
In April 2008, the Nazran district court of Ingushetia declared extremist published on the website of the Ingush opposition leader Musa Keligov. On this basis, the Kuntsevsky district court of Moscow in June of the same year decided to stop the activities of Ingushetia.ru. The Moscow City Court confirmed this decision. Meanwhile, the interview placed on the site gave Keligov to the newspaper "News Time" - Ingushetia.ru only reprinted it.
In November 2008, the Supreme Super of Ingushetia canceled the decision of the Nazran district court, thereby satisfying the complaint of the then editor-in-chief of the Rosa Malsagova site.
The first owner of the portal was Magomed Evloev. In August 2008, he was killed in Nazran in the Ingush security forces. Malsagova directly accused the murder of the opposition of the then president of the Republic Murat Zyazikov. Dissatisfaction that erupted in the region after the murder of Yevloev led to Zyazikov’s resignation and the appointment of Yunus-Bek Yevkurov in his place.
After the death of Yevloev, the owner of the site became Maksharip Aushev. A few months later, after Zyazikov’s resignation, he resigned the powers of the project owner and tried to build a dialogue with the new head of the region. Nevertheless, in October 2009, Aushev was killed in Nalchik.
The site editor is now the head of the Republican branch of the RPR-Parnas Magomed Khazbiev.
