Judge of the Butyr Court of Moscow Ildar Galiullin extended the arrest to publicist Boris Stomakhin until May 21. According to the correspondent of "faces", the investigation in the case was extended until June 10. Stomakhin is accused of his publications under three articles of the Criminal Code: 282, part 1 (excitement of hatred or enmity), 205.2, part 1 (public justification of terrorism) and 280, part 1 (public calls for extremist activity). The publicist is in prison since November 20 last year. The prosecutor said that Stomakhin needs to be left in custody so that he could not express his opinion on the Internet.

At a court session, Stomakhin refused to get up and introduce himself. "Everything is written for you, what to break the comedy?" - he answered the judge. He expressed confidence that the decision to extend the arrest was written in advance. When asked, is it clear to him a court decision, Stomakhin replied: "What is there to understand?"
The human rights activist, who performed in court, Elena Sannikova called to change Stomakhin's measure of restraint. “You can write texts anywhere, but the text from the lattice sounds weighing,” said Sannikova. According to her, the arrest objectively increases interest in the texts that are charged with Stomakhin. Sannikova urged the judge to show mercy.
Stomakhin will judge the articles published on the Resistance website. He faces up to 10 years in a colony.
A preliminary investigation in the case of Stomakhin conducted the TFR. Meanwhile, according to the law of the case under the 280th article of the Criminal Code, are the competence of FSB investigators.
On March 11, Stomakhin was beaten in the Moscow Bear 4 "Bear" by the Commerce Andrei Gorshenin, who was described in a message to the will as "Nazis and Anti-Semita." After that, the political prisoner demanded a transfer to another camera. This requirement was fulfilled.
On March 19, Stomakhina was taken to the Botyrka pre-trial detention center for one-day psychiatric examination, although the publicist and his lawyer Viktor Borodin petitioned for the abandonment of any such examinations. Stomakhin did not report the results of the examination, offering to recognize them from the investigator Soslan Aboev. Politzek fears that he will be sent for an inpatient examination at the Serbian Institute.
On March 29, Stomakhin had a conflict with the administration of the Bear pre -trial detention center, and Politzek was threatened with landing in a punishment cell. If the threat is fulfilled, he intends to declare a dry hunger strike.
In 2006-2011, Stomakhin had already left for a five-year term under articles 280 and 282. At that time he was also convicted exclusively for his works. During the detention, Stomakhin tried to escape from the apartment through the window along the rope, but the rope broke and he received fractures of the legs and processes of two vertebrae. From the consequences of these injuries, Politzek has not yet recovered.
Soon after the re-arrest of Stomakhin, the Omsk civilian activist Viktor Corb began the Internet campaign for his release.
