A 17-story building is being built next to kindergarten No. 19, on Kozlovskaya Street in Volgograd . A construction site, a pit behind a fence, and a skyscraper are unlikely to improve conditions for children in kindergarten. The developers are MKL Plus and NVSS.

Irina Kharkova: “Kindergarten No. 19 in the city of Volgograd is attended by special children (autistic, etc.). At the moment, construction of a residential building has begun near the kindergarten. And it is very sad that once again none of the officials who coordinated this construction thought about the children."
