Sergey Krivov, defendant of the “Swamp case”, during the consideration of a complaint about the arrest in the Moscow City Court

April 1, Monday

Employees of the IC of the Russian Federation, who came from Moscow, conducted searches from the Novosibirsk oppositionist Andrei Terekhin and Oryol human rights activists Veronika Katkova and Dmitry Krayukhin. The decision was signed by the judge of the Basmanny Court Arthur Karpov. Investigators were looking for documents from regional oppositionists testifying to their ties with the leader of the Left Front Sergei Udaltsov.

April 3, Wednesday

The Komi Supreme Court recognized the inhuman practice of maintaining women in police insulators under the supervision of men-supervisors. Having made this decision, the court referred to Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which prohibits torture and other forms of humiliation of human dignity.

The Strasbourg court satisfied the complaint of lawyer Henry Reznik, recognizing the fact of a violation of his right to freedom of expression. In December 2003, on the air of NTV, the lawyer stated that the employees of the Sailor Silence of the SIZO were “seized” the lawyer Khodorkovsky Olga Artyukhova. The jailers filed a lawsuit against the protection of honor and dignity against Henry Reznik and won it in 2004 in the Moscow City Court.

Sergei Krivov, accused in the “swamp case”, was beaten by convoy in the Moscow City Court after an appeal appeal. Someone from the support group handed him a flower in a cage. Konstantin Lebedev, the defendant of the “swamp business” and the work of “Anatomy of Protest” pleaded guilty that together with Leonid Razvozzhaev, Sergey Udaltsov and Givi Targamadze organized mass riots on May 6, 2012. His case will be considered in a special order.
