In the case of "mass riots" a new person involved

Before the arrest, Dmitry Rukavishnikov worked as deputy director in the municipal enterprise of the housing and communal services system. I had no problems with the police
On April 4, the Basmanny Court of Moscow decided to arrest the 34-year-old Dmitry Rukavishnikov, activist of the Left Front and assistant deputy of the State Duma from Fair Russia, Ilya Ponomarev. One of OMON fighters identified in it a participant in the riots in Bolotnaya Square. The prosecution - part 2 of Art. 212 (participation in riots) and Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the application of force in relation to a representative of the authorities). According to investigators, on May 6, 2012, in Bolotnaya Square, Rukavishnikov ruined several dry closets, which are now “not subject to restoration”, and prevented the work of police officers. At the arrest, investigators insisted for already textbook reasons: he has a passport, could put pressure on witnesses, often changes his place of residence. In custody, he will remain at least until June 2.
Rukavishnikov is already the second assistant to the deputy of Ponomarev, who is passing through the “swamp business”. The first was Leonid Razvoszhaev, who has been under arrest since October last year.
