The judge was justified in Novosibirsk

On April 8, the Novosibirsk Regional Court fully justified the former judge Irina Glebova, who in 2011 returned the two-year-old girl to Father-Narkoman, who later killed her. This was a big surprise - there were many public and journalists in the courtroom, everyone who followed the process says that the judge seemed to be on the side of the prosecution.

In 2011, Glebova restored the resident of Novosibirsk Evgeny Glotov in parental rights regarding his two -year -old daughter. The Investigative Committee considered that when making a decision on the claim, Glebov did not take into account the fact that Glotov is a previously convicted drug addict.

On April 28, 2011, Glotov hit the girl several times when he fed her. From the injuries, the girl died on the spot, and her father received 19 years in prison.

In early December 2012, the Investigative Committee for the Novosibirsk Region transferred to the court the case of Irina Glebova, she was charged under Part 2 of Art. 305 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in making a deliberately non -legal decision, which entailed grave consequences. According to this article, Glebova threatened from three to ten years in prison. The accusation asked for her for 5 years conditionally.

Glebova herself did not admit her guilt and stated that she made only a decision to restore Glotov in parental rights, and not on transferring a child to him. Also, in an interview with Sib. Fm, the former judge expressed doubts that the accusation is confident in the provenness of her guilt. Oddly enough, this is true like this: Glebova did everything according to the documents, and the child is not necessarily returned to her parents, even after the restoration of rights.

“Glebov cannot be distorted for committing the murder, since her decision is not in a causal relationship with Glotov’s crime. Glebova’s actions cannot be qualified as a deliberately non -missing decision that entailed grave consequences, ”the judge said, justifying a former colleague.

The court did not find the crime in the actions of the Glebova and did not consider it proved by its interest in considering the claim of Glotov. At the same time, the judge noted that the decision of Glebova contradicts the Family Code, since the girl’s father was on narcological accounting.
