In Kabardino-Balkaria, they switched to single-channel healthcare financing using funds from the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund; incentive bonuses for doctors ranged from 4 to 14 thousand rubles, reports the press service of the head and government of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
“In medical institutions of the republic, a new system of single-channel financing is being developed at the expense of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund. In March, based on the results of assessing the performance of employees, incentive bonuses ranged from 4 to 14 thousand rubles for doctors, up to 5 thousand rubles for other personnel,” the press says -release.
In 2013, in the republic it is planned to increase the average salary of doctors to 22 thousand 840 rubles, paramedical personnel (nurses) - to 13 thousand 310 rubles, junior medical personnel (nurse) - to 8 thousand 820 rubles.
The press service also reports that in order to more effectively implement the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the government of the republic intends to begin negotiations with the Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation on increasing the funds of the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund of the KBR for the current year.
