Practical recommendations on training and punishment were given by Moscow schoolchildren themselves and school principals
Why are modern schoolchildren not afraid of bad assessments, and their parents are a call to the director? Twoschik - diagnosis or temporary condition?
There are nimble children, but there are leisurely. There are children quickly thinking, but there are those who think slowly, but right. Gathered in the same class in the amount of more than twenty, with each other, they usually successfully agree - who pulls his hand and who ask for the toilet to distract the attention of the teacher. However, such successful socialization is separately does not affect the educational results of each separately.
Another thing is that students and teachers are on different sides of the desk. You can see the teacher’s back only when he writes on the board, and in this case he always says something, explains the mentor tone. But if earlier the discipline at the school was supported by the authority of the school itself as the first stage on the social ladder up, today there are much more such elevators.
In addition, thanks to the latest reforms in the field of education, the student’s assessment is gradually turning into an assessment of the teacher, and the fate of the school begins to depend on the success of the teacher, and all this, at first glance, is good and fair, if not for the experience of the Russian higher school. And he shows that the quality of training inevitably falls where financial dependence on the number of students is growing. And if you add to this the right prescribed by law to a full secondary education, it becomes obvious that modern teachers have no tools for students on students.
The measures of influence familiar to the Soviet school: a calling parents to the director, a letter to work or to a party organization, plus the social significance of education, as a rule, brought the desired result - parents, in one way or another, convinced their children to study. The most stubborn, however, went to the vocational school, where they got the remnants of school knowledge interspersed with professional skills.
But the “Patyushnik” has turned into a college student, leaving in the second year at school it became unprofitable for financial reasons, and putting a deuce in a year means the same as recognizing a pedagogical defeat, even if training is impossible due to individual characteristics, which, incidentally, are not diagnosed with a medical way when entering school.
Nevertheless, there is a solution. It was found during the discussion by experts of the Classic Hour of Freedom: the head of the Department of Criminal Psychology of the Faculty of Legal Psychology, Moscow State Pedagogical University , Director of Moscow School No. 261, Pavel Karpov and the head of the Center for Social and Psychological Adaptation and Development of Teenagers "Crossroads" Kirill Chlinov .
