The number of regions is growing

Novosibirsk, Voronezh, Ivanovo - now Volgograd. The searches came to local Left Front activist Nikolai Chernyavsky, assistant to deputy Ilya Ponomarev Ruslan Alekseev and member of the For Fair Elections movement Oleg Denisov. Officially, the reason for the searches is not reported (Alekseev’s wife did not see in the search warrant why it was being carried out, and did not understand who was conducting it), but local activists suggest that they are connected with the main case of the season - “Bolotny”. Alekseev was brought in for questioning. Later it became known that searches were also carried out at the coordinator of the local branch of the League of Voters, Alevtina Dupri, and the representative of the Russian nationalist movement, Mikhail Yasin.

The representative of the regional branch of the Other Russia, Leonid Makhinya, suggests that the searches are connected with the opposition camp organized in the city last year, where Ponomarev and the leader of the Left Front Udaltsov came. According to the terrible picture that the Investigative Committee paints, this may well be connected with the “Bolotnaya Case”: the rioters set up camps throughout the country, where they were preparing mass riots. Apparently, they taught people to drag overturned dry closet stalls along the ground.
