The prosecutor's office discovered that when Bilalov was the chairman of the board of directors of KSK, the company did not comply with the law when concluding transactions, measures were not taken to preserve the property acquired by KSK for statutory purposes - a weather station, the company's costs for management activities in 2012 were 1.3 times higher than expenses KSK for investment. In addition, the prosecutor's office found violations related to Bilalov's activities and unreasonable expenses on luxurious trips of the company's management to foreign countries.
