If we remember what kind of mutual grievances people had in connection with the Pussy Riot case (there were divorces, not just fights), then the new law should inspire great optimism in the authorities - everyone will fight with each other and forget about them.
Otherwise, people are starting to unite to protect their interests. If they could be forced to be offended for any reason, they would never be able to unite. And there would not have been an “Italian strike” of doctors in Udmurtia. And regarding the project for the reconstruction of Leninsky Prospekt, Orthodox Christians would protest separately, atheists separately, and Muslims separately.
