April 14 - Solidarity Day with the "Swamp Prisoner" by Yaroslav Belousov, a student of the faculty of political science of Moscow State University.
Belousov was arrested on June 9. Like most of the defendants in the “swamp business”, he is charged with participation in the riots and the use of violence in relation to the representative of the authorities (Articles 212 and 318 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, Belousov "threw stones and pieces of asphalt, broke off the cordon and struck the representatives of the authorities." The only proof is the testimony of the “victim”, and there was no recognition procedure, the riot police “recognized” the accused by the photograph.
In the requests, to transfer Yaroslav from the pre -trial detention center under house arrest, despite the bronchial asthma and vision problems (minus 10 on one eye, minus 6 in the other).
Yaroslav himself writes from prison: "It is unlikely that you will have to count on justice from the system. But above the punitive tool is the court of our people. This, human, is more important for us."
