Kirov (former Vyatka) is a city with a half-million population of 900 km northeast of Moscow, located on the banks of the Vyatka River.

Most of its history, Vyatka was the city of exiles: here the link was served by Herzen and Saltykov-Shchedrin. “The Kirovites will spend a weekend without hot water,” the local radio reported.
