According to the governor, the property was sold by two lots - French and Russian families. The sales contract for the first lot was signed on March 10. The money, proceeds from the transaction, according to Turchak, went on payment of a mortgage loan, in which property was acquired. The sale of the second lot is expected to end no later than June 28.

After that, Turchak promised to liquidate the non -profit organization Villa de Flirey, which belongs to his wife by 66 percent. It was for this organization that property was issued. The income that the official’s wife will receive after the closure of Villa de Flirey will be submitted to her tax return for 2013, the governor assured.

On March 5, Navalny published in his blog information that the wife of the Pskov governor Kira Turchak (Petrochenko), his brother Boris and Father Anatoly registered Villa de Flirey in Nice, which was created to buy a house for 1.27 million euros at Nice, Avenue de Flire, the wife of the governor belonged to the wife of the province. 150 shares in the company.
