Photo: Yulia Chestnova/RIA NovostiEvery year, residents of hundreds of Russian cities and villages suffer from spring floods. For example, in the Moscow region, as a result of such floods, the Volga, Oka, Moscow, and Klyazma flood. Usually, water supply systems, sewerage systems, wastewater drainage lines, and waste collection areas are flooded. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation annually advises, in the event of a threat of flooding or high water, not to worry, collect things and documents, and help neighbors leave the house. It is worth remembering that crossing people during a flood is only permitted along a separately marked ford, no more than a meter deep. But not all Russians can afford it.
