Judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow Tatyana Nevrova canceled the fine of the LGBT activist Anna Annenkova for participating in the "Day of Kisses" on December 19, 2012. This was reported by the open news agency with reference to the lawyer of the Association "Agora" Ilnura Sharapov, representing the interests of Annenkova.

A fine of 500 rubles under article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism) was written out by the acting Head of OP "Meshchansky" Mikhail Aksenov. On December 19, the State Duma was held by the first action of the "Kiss Day" series. Seven participants in the action were detained, as well as three homophobes, including the Orthodox provocateur Dmitry Tsorionov (Enteo), who threw eggs at activists and fought. All 10 detainees were left at night in OP "Meshchansky", the protocols on them were corresponded eight times. The initiator of the action, the journalist of Novaya Gazeta Elena Kostyuchenko, was released at night on the call "from above". The rest came the day after dinner with 500-ruble fines under article 20.1.

On January 22, 2013, after the next "Kiss Day" Annenkov was beaten. “We were not touched, and we went to the subway,” the activist said. “As it turned out, a group of homophobes watched us. When there were six or seven people left, on the approach to the escalator they attacked one guy from behind. I and another girl tried to pull the attackers, hold them by the corps. Then they turned around and began to beat us. There were three of them. There were three of them. I ran away.

On February 26, the 1st police department at the Moscow Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow opened a criminal case on the fact of beating Annenkova. The case was instituted under paragraph "A" of part 2 of Article 116 of the Criminal Code (beatings made from hooligan motives) against unidentified persons. It is conducted by the interrogator Sergey Soldatov. The activist is recognized as a victim.
