On April 17, at 9:00, the Leninsky District Court of Kirov will begin consideration of the criminal case against Alexei Navalny and Peter Officer on the embezzlement of the property of Kirovles .
Navalny faces up to 10 years in prison under articles on creating a criminal group and embezzlement on an especially large scale (Article 33 of Part 3 and Article 160 of Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
