The trial of Alexei Navalny in Kirov, part one

Today, finally, what the whole politically active part of Russian society expected-the trial of the famous oppositionist Alexei Navalny in Kirov. A rally of white -winged people in support of his informal leader took place in the square in front of the doll theater. According to media estimates, he gathered about 200 people. Meanwhile, on the other side of the street, representatives of the Smart Russia party - the successor of the Movement of Our Movement, expressed their civil position by the Russian Post building.

During the week, the supporters of Alexei Navalny were active in preparation for today's event. Activists from various regions of Russia flocked to Kirov, the headquarters of Navalny was organized, active activities were carried out to put up leaflets and stickers, as well as in general in agitation for the corresponding person. In addition, the governor of the region did not stand aside: yesterday, one of my friends informed me that the head of the consumer market of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Kirov Region Stanislav Shaklein invited her to visit Navalny's headquarters.

It is worth noting that sometimes this activity was clearly provocative. Yesterday, police officers detained two activists who are injecting leaflets with calls to support Alexei Navalny to the building of the Center for Combating Extremism. One of them - Dmitry Plotnikov today at the rally assured that he had "everything was fine" and that he did not know at all that they would stick leaflets on the CPE building.

As for the rally itself in support of Navalny, the event, in connection with particular relevance, attracted a large number of media: city, federal, including international ones.

Accordingly, it makes no sense to describe the event, both a rally for and against Alexei Navalny. We will only say that it did not take into account journalists or were not interpreted by them.

To begin with, some of the media called a provocation: the distribution of one of the Kirov activists of birch logs. On their website, the border.ru was called him a novist, while Pavel Scheodanov is the first secretary of the City Committee of the Kirov Komsomol, a member of the Communist Party. “I wanted to give the supporters of Alexei Navalny a piece of the Vyatka forest,” says Comrade Schemodanov. By the way, the head of the Kirov Regional Branch of the People’s Alliance party Vitaly Bramm also considers the action paid by the Kremlin. “We are standing here, everyone understands for what purpose, and some person, in the form of an absolute moron, takes out a log and says:“ Here he is is the Kirov forest, ”well, what is it? What is it? This is a moron,” Brahmm said.

It is also worth noting a remarkable case that occurred at the Lenin Court. Approaching the building, I noticed two citizens talking in a foreign language. To my question, where they came from, one of the foreigners replied that he did not give an interview and, in the literal sense of the word, ran away from the scene.

I managed to ask Alexei Navalny about the involvement of the governor of our region Nikita Belykh to the Kirovles case. The oppositionist replied that Nikita Yuryevich would be called to the court when they were considered necessary. Let me remind you, the whites are a witness in this case. Meanwhile, the Kirov blogger Sergei Kosolapov believes that the whites did not come to today's meeting, because he did not want to support his friend. Kosolapov spoke about the friendship of the governor and his ex-assistant: “I saw how they were friends, how he (Navalny-noted the author) went into the office (I worked at that moment), clapped on the back:“ Nikitos, are you a province? ”, He is:“ Yes! ”They sat, this is the kids, and then he said that they were never friends.

After the end of the court session and the speech of the Navalny Liberal public, along with his informal leader, accompanied by the press, went for a walk around the city, simultaneously laying the stickers and distributing leaflets to citizens.

The fate of a certain part of the campaign is very unenviable: somewhere signatures appeared, and something was completely underfoot.
