Siberian linden

A wave has spread across the country, sending letters from different parts with dissertations attached to them. Internet companies selling the texts of other people's copyrights have seen a noticeable increase in their income.

An unsightly picture emerges across the entire country. And the capital's officials seem like just innocent angels compared to what is happening outside the Moscow Ring Road.

This is most likely due to a simple circumstance: the quality of work of linden writing firms decreases exponentially as they move further into the regions. Professor of Tomsk State University, Mr. K, who defended his doctoral dissertation (though for some reason not at his university, but far from his homeland, in the southern sunny regions) in 2009, it now turns out that he copied it almost entirely from the dissertation of an associate professor, candidate of economic sciences from Orel, Mr. S. No, I’m lying, Professor K filled out one of the five chapters of his doctoral thesis with text taken directly from his own candidate’s thesis.

Endless spaces filled with linden trees. Truly, it’s time to publish a mapping of the all-Russian linden, mountains of stolen, useless text that filled the repositories of the State Public Library for Science and Technology, the Russian State Library and other central libraries, not worth a penny, but neatly scanned and posted on the Internet, littering the network and brains, setting an example of how to spin skillfully. What is all this for?

But the main thing is that Tomsk university professor K lives for himself, does not bother him, teaches students (and not only students), sits in all sorts of city government structures, writes laws... probably writes the same way as his dissertation, an honorary worker of everything and everyone is a role model.
