Chelyabinsk residents against sealing development

On April 21, a rally was held in Chelyabinsk in defense of citizens' rights to a favorable environment for life. Representatives of "Solidarity" took part in the action organized by civil activists.

The main theme of the event was environmental and housing problems, which are becoming more and more urgent for residents of Chelyabinsk. Including sealing development, unjustified growth of housing and communal services tariffs and barbaric cutting down green spaces.

Speaking to the audience, Kirill Artyukhov, co -chair of the Chelyabinsk regional branch of Solidarity, said that it is possible to guarantee compliance with constitutional rights and freedoms, including the right to a favorable environment, possibly ensuring regular replacement of power of all levels - from federal to local.

The rally was attended by representatives of "Solidarity", "RPR-Parnas", "Democratic choice" and the left front (in personal quality), as well as civilian activists.
