About 100 million rubles were sent to demolish illegally erected buildings in Sochi from the federal budget, Tatyana Ignatieva, Deputy Director of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), was told to reporters.

“To date, state contracts are already concluded by 40 million. This money will be fully recovered from debtors,” Ignatieva said.

The most expensive will be the demolition of a seven -story building in the Adler district of Sochi, which is estimated at almost 44 million rubles. The debtor, when he found out about the cost of demolition, began to actively carry out a court decision and disassemble self -building on his own. Many violators followed his example.

“This is the first tranche per 100 million, and, in principle, I can state that we plan to fulfill all the judicial acts. All the objects that are subject to demolition by decision are decided, and in the terms that we are allotted, this year. I think that in the summer, by September, we will finish fulfill all these court decisions,” Ignatieva said.

Recall that on the website of the Sochi administration, a list of unauthorized buildings has been published , which are subject to demolition. It contains hundreds of objects indicating addresses, a brief description and owners' names.

Sochi mayor assured that he would do everything to restore order with unauthorized construction. Within two months, with the help of Gosstroynadzor specialists, the city will try to remove the problem of self -buildings as much as possible, the mayor assured. For these works on the basis of co -financing, the city will allocate 15 million rubles. And if necessary, the amount of funds will be increased, Pakhomov said.
