Prosecutor Mikhail Reznichenko demands to be sentenced to Konstantin Lebedev, who pleaded guilty to organizing riots on Bolotnaya on May 6, by five years of colony, Interfax reports. This is despite the fact that the prosecution admits: the defendant fulfilled the terms of the agreement and helped in the disclosure of the criminal case.
Lebedev’s lawyer asks to give the client “conditionally” to the client. Lebedev himself says that he repented, and asks to impose a “reasonable” punishment.
“We did not expect that there would be such serious consequences, this is our mistake. I myself always believed that clashes with employees of law enforcement agencies are a dead end. I sincerely repent of the deed, ”Lebedev said in court.
In parallel, the details became known: what testimony Lebedev gave in the framework of the mentioned “Agreement”. In the conclusion in the case, the prosecutor’s office reports that Leonid Razvoszhaev, Konstantin Lebedev and Sergey Udaltsov for organizing riots allegedly received 50 thousand rubles from Givi Targamadze as a fee. In addition, another 150 thousand were given for “campaign materials”, 80 thousand to “increase the number of participants in the action”.
After the events of May 6, Targamadze continued to pay 50 thousand rubles each month for all organizers and added 603 thousand rubles to new shares. With this money, Razvoev in the summer of 2012 allegedly purchased the Audi A6 car, and Udaltsov no later than June 23 - Opel Vectra worth 300 thousand rubles, and registered it for his wife.
If it were not for the vigilance of the prosecutor's office, three defendants would organize even greater riots in the fall, the prosecutor believes.
“In order to prepare them, special camps were organized in Romania, Lithuania, there they trained citizens to break off the cordon, organize unlimited actions and manage a large number of protesters,” said Reznichenko.
The damage caused to the state estimates at least 28 million rubles.
Constantin Lebedev is accused of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code (“Organization of mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property”) and part 1 of Art. 30, part 1 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code ("Preparation for the organization of riots").
