Change.org is a global platform that provides people around the world with the opportunity to start their campaigns and thereby carry out in life the changes that they consider necessary.
Every day on Change.org, more than 20 million visitors from 196 countries use online tools in order to change their lives in their local, national and global communities.
Thousands of campaigns launched on Change.org have already won by completely different people: the mother stopped the mockery of children at the school in which her daughter studied, customers of banks canceled unjust additional taxes, citizens achieved the investigation of the activities of corrupt officials.
Every day, the authors of the new campaigns on Change.org win their victories, and we decided to write about some successful projects that have achieved the goal.
Thanks to 116 126, the Governor Poltavchenko and the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Kozhin signed under the petition: stop the transfer of hospital No. 31 to the Higher and Arbitration Court ” managed to protect the 31st hospital .
Activists proved that if you coordinate their actions and use all possible virtual and “real” resources, then you can make officials hear yourself.

The victory ended with the presentation of the petition to the rector of Moscow State University against the dismissal of Mikhail Lobanov , a teacher of the Mechanical and Mathematics Faculty of Moscow State University. Michael was going to dismiss in the middle of the school year without explanation. Mikhail himself connects his dismissal with the participation in the initiative group, which, in particular, investigated falsifications in the dissertation of the former director of the SUNC of Moscow State University Andrei Andriyanov.
In just a couple of days, the petition collected more than 7,500 signatures, a meeting was organized with Sadovnik, as a result of which it was decided to extend the life of Mikhail at the faculty in the previous position.

After watching VKontakte VKontakte video of students of 10th grade of February 14, 2011 on Valentine's Day, which is a fragment of the music festival dedicated to Valentine's Day, deputy Milonov accused teachers of promoting homosexuality and pedophilia.
The parody of the song of the Swedish group “Army of Lovers” called “SEXTION Revolution”, which was shown by students of grade 10 B, was a prerequisite for these perversions of Milonov’s thoughts. Mr. Deputy, having torn out of the context of the event, just an episode shot on the video, made his meaningful conclusions.
Teachers, parents, students and graduates of the school, outraged by the unethical behavior of the deputy, demanded his public apology. The collected signatures and support worked: Milonov publicly apologized to the team and students of school No. 605.

For a long time, a night train Kyiv-Nicolaev operated for a long time (departure from Kyiv at 19.00). In May 2012, this route was changed to the daytime, which is now departing from Kyiv at 12.20. In the summer, this situation did not cause negative consequences, because At that time, there are trains going to Crimea through Nikolaev, many of which are evening.
But in the autumn-spring period, after the abolition of additional summer trains, departure from Kyiv at 12.20 extremely negatively affected the inhabitants of Nikolaev and the region. In the capital of Ukraine, there are a lot of different profiles of state institutions and medical institutions, which must be addressed on many vital issues, and the solution of which needs only one working day. In connection with the new schedule, people who arrived for one day to the capital were forced to return either by buses, where the ticket price is 1.5-2 times higher (which, with all this, cannot provide the necessary volume of passenger transportation), or stay overnight and wait for the train the next day.
Residents of Nikolaev gave a petition- “We demand to return to Nikolaev a night train Kiev-Nicolaev !!! Having appointed him the time of departure from Kyiv no earlier than 19.00, ” - which was accepted and the night train was returned.
We live in a wonderful time when there are more opportunities to change something in the world. Today we can very easily start a campaign to solve any problem, activate hundreds of people around us and hundreds of thousands around the world, forcing states and companies to publicly meet people's demands.
Change.org seeks to support these important changes and enhance their effect in our lives.
In our understanding, the world is created by the efforts of those people for whom changes are part of everyday life. We have just begun to build this world together. And we hope you join us.
The examples presented above are only part of successful projects on Change.org. You can watch others, support existing petitions or write your own on Change.org .
