And this should have been thought about at least then, if not earlier, when the city was declared the capital of the Olympics... There would be a chance to enter the civilized world not through the back door, at least in this matter.

However, the tender was not played out that way. Not because the authorities listened to the opinions of the picket participants in defense of animals or they themselves decided that “disposal” was not humane... No, everything is simpler - there were no people willing to participate: perhaps the cost of the trouble seemed insignificant. But this does not mean that animals will not be destroyed."
