Brother of the Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, entrepreneur Mikhail Dvorkovich, announced the creation of the movement "Putin and I against corruption!" He reports this on Twitter. The constituent conference of the new movement is scheduled for May 20.

"I thought here at my leisure and realized that Putin is the only person who was able to defeat corruption in the highest echelons of power. I am for Putin!" - writes Dvorkovich. He later specified that this was not a joke. “That's why nothing changes in the country, because people like you laugh,” he answered one of the participants in the discussion on Twitter.

Dvorkovich in 2005 took the post of vice president of MDM Bank. In 2006, he became the director of the Department of Public Relations and the adviser to the chairman of the board of directors of the Mirax Group Corporation Sergey Polonsky. In October 2010, he stated that he intends to actively engage in public work in the Association of Entrepreneurs "New Delo".

In 2010, Dvorkovich announced the withdrawal from United Russia. He accused the party of financial dishonesty. "I wrote a statement about the exit from the United Russia party. Reason: Member of the General Council Yuri Evgenievich Shuvalov put me 23 million rubles!" - wrote Dvorkovich on Twitter. According to him, the party asked his company in the maximum short time to organize the 5+5 forum, and promised to compensate for the costs later. The company has completed work on credit funds. But after nine months, the party did not compensate for anything, and the agency Dvorkovich was in debt.

In September 2011, Dorogomilovsky Court of Moscow collected Dvorokovich 50 thousand rubles in favor of the head of Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin in a suit for the protection of honor and dignity. The reason for applying to the court was the publication in the newspaper "View" messages from the blog of Dvorkovich, addressed to Patriarch Kirill. In it, the businessman wrote that Yakunin "has a direct impact on the impoverishment of Russian citizens" and therefore is not worthy to take part in bringing the fertile fire to Easter from Jerusalem to Russia.

In December, Vladimir Putin at a meeting with proxies stated that in Russia the fight against corruption would continue. This is not a campaign, the president said, this is a consistent direction to eradicate corruption. “We need to deal with corruption not only in the highest echelons of power and not only talk about what is happening in the Ministry of Defense. We need to not forget about what is happening and worries people on the streets, in areas and cities when employees of the relevant services extort money. We need to not forget what is happening in the social sphere. It is unpleasant to say in health care,” Putin said.

Putin added that in the fight against corruption, "landing must be necessarily", but at the same time emphasized that "the question is not in the cruelty of punishment, but in its inevitability." The President noted that law enforcement agencies should always apply within the framework of the law. "To make decisions of the courts, the sentences of the courts only because we are sure that the person has committed a crime, but could not gain evidence, it is impossible, otherwise we will roll back in the 37th year," he said.
