“Currently, our investigators have collected all the materials necessary to send Pomazun for a psychiatric examination. Psychiatrists will be provided with information about how the “Belgorod shooter” behaved recently in the wild, as well as in the colony from which he was released in December last of the year,” Elena Kozyreva, senior assistant to the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Belgorod Region, told Interfax.
She added that the prepared materials will be sent to psychiatrists in the coming days, after which they will begin examining Pomazun.
