A Tuvan schoolboy could fall off a mountain and crash while playing sports.
Tuvan investigators are conducting an investigation into the discovery of the body of a 13-year-old boy in the area of Mount Herbis, Alla Nursat, senior assistant to the head of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee for Tuva, told the Interfax agency on Tuesday.
“Damages characteristic of a fall from a height were found on the body. Our main version is that he fell from the mountain and crashed,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
She also noted that an examination has now been ordered to establish the exact cause of death.
In turn, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Tuva clarified to the agency that the teenager went to Mount Herbis to play sports.
“He often went jogging and led a healthy lifestyle,” the employee noted to the press service.
As reported, on April 26, at around 8:00 p.m., a 7th grade student left the house of his uncle, with whom he was raised, and then disappeared without a trace. The next day, police found the boy's body in the Mount Herbis area.
