Subsequently, Razvozhaev refused a confession.

Udaltsov refers, in particular, to the conclusions of a public investigation that there were no mass riots on Bolotnaya on May 6. He also calls the absurd statements of Lebedev that the conspirators prepared new riots in the fall of 2012.

Udaltsov notes that Lebedev was never his assistant and activist of the Left Front. This "myth", according to Udaltsov, "throws a shadow on the entire left movement." Lebedev was in the "shift" movement, then in the Russian socialist movement, from where it was excluded after the transaction with the investigation.

According to Udaltsov, Lebedev was not a "offered provocateur." The coordinator of the Left Front believes that Lebedev’s deal with the investigation is a cynical calculation of a person, for whom the income from the “near political business” was in the first place. “There are such as Lebedev in the protest movement,” Udaltsov admits. “The family is not without a freak. And this, by the way, is indicated by the statistics of the“ swamp business ”. 28 people were accused, and only one (Luzyanin did not count, since only himself sled).” Maxim Luzyanin, the first of the convicts in the “swamp business”, fully pleaded guilty to both articles - “mass riots” and “violence against a representative of power”, but did not testify to other defendants. In November, Luzyanin received 4.5 years in colony.

Lebedev was convicted as the organizer of the riots to 2.5 years in the colony. He fully pleaded guilty, including episodes such as the preparation of sabotage on the Trans -Siberian Railway and the riots in the correctional colonies of the five regions of central Russia. He also called a genuine video of the conversation of Russian opposition to Targamadze, demonstrated in the Anatomy of Protest - 2.

In an interview with the magazine "Kommersant Power" Lebedev said that he did not consider himself a traitor. “Probably, thinking about my political image, I had to stay to the last, sit for ten years, remain without health and teeth. Maybe it would be right,” he remarked. According to Lebedev, "to go to the ranger headlong, to receive a dozen and still can’t save anyone - well, it was a choice that is worthy of a fanatic, but not a reasonable person."

To the question of what threatens his recognition of his “unidentified persons”, appearing in the case, Lebedev replied: “All unidentified persons can live calmly. I clearly fulfilled the pre -trial agreement and told the investigation everything that was interested in, but no more.”
