The former chief personnel officer of the Tula administration, accused of bribery, did not admit guilt
The Sovetsky District Court of Tula on Tuesday completed the trial of the criminal case against the former head of the main department of civil service and personnel of the administration of the Tula region, Tamara Lisitsyna, accused of taking a bribe.
The press secretary of the regional department of the Judicial Department, Olga Dyachuk, told Interfax that during the meeting T. Lisitsyna stated that she did not admit her guilt and did not agree with the charges of corruption.
“The court has scheduled a debate between the parties on May 14 at 2:30 p.m. The state prosecution must voice its demands for the punishment of the defendant,” noted O. Dyachuk.
T. Lisitsyna is accused of two counts of receiving a bribe by an official for actions in favor of the person represented by the bribe-giver (Part 1 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The sanction against T. Lisitsyna provides for a large fine or imprisonment for up to five years.
Previously, a preventive measure was chosen against T. Lisitsyna in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place and proper behavior.
The defendant worked in the administration of the former Tula governor Vyacheslav Dudka, who is currently accused of receiving a large bribe of 40 million rubles from a construction corporation.
According to the materials of the criminal case, on December 31, 2010, T. Lisitsyna personally received 150 thousand rubles from the director of the department of property and land relations of the Tula region, Viktor Volkov, for assisting in the appointment of his son-in-law to the position of the state civil service of the Tula region - the chief adviser of Gostekhnadzor.
In addition, Vladimir Pechurchik, appointed in October 2010 to the position of deputy director of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Consumer Market of the Tula Region, as a “thank you” donated 200 thousand rubles for T. Lisitsyna, handing them over to V. Volkov, whom the investigation considers an intermediary in the transfer of the bribe .
T. Lisitsyna received the indicated amount of money personally from V. Volkov in two installments of 100 thousand rubles.
The criminal case against V. Volkov for giving a bribe was separated by the investigation into separate proceedings and later terminated due to the repentance of the accused, voluntary reporting of the fact of giving a bribe and active assistance in its disclosure and investigation. Currently, V. Volkov is a defendant in a criminal case of a large bribe together with the ex-governor of the Tula region V. Dudka.
