And on the Higher Attestation Committee, there is an abstract of the same work, but dated 2008 [2], apparently, then some problems were also discovered.
The simple -minded method of rewriting was used in the candidate dissertation of Kh.S. Yandarkhanova [3], the whole chapter of which is written off from the book [4] (NB: not to confuse the authors: the supervisor of the dissertation Gairbug Magomedovich Abdurakhmanov, the author of the book is Magomed Gadzhimagomedovich Abdurahmanov). When describing the autopsy, the Makhachkala Plant was replaced by the Grozny Plant, but all the quantitative results of the autopsy (helminthofauna, worms) remained the same.

And one more strange coincidence: a person with the same surname, Tamara Sarzhanovna Astarkhanova, heads the department of ecology and plant protection of the same DHSHA, and the theme of her work, pests of grapes, coincides with the topic of the dissertation I.R. Astarkhanov. We also note that in the abstract a scientific consultant is indicated - “Academician G.M. Abdurakhmanov "; True, it is not said that Academician REA, not RAS.
But, perhaps, the most serious. The dissertation E.M. Gadzhieva [6] was written based on the materials of the monograph [7] (the supervisor of the dissertation and the co -author of the monograph - all the same Professor Abdurahmanov). But this monograph, dedicated to the gods of Dagestan, contains borrowings from an article about the beetle of Moldova [8]: drawings and text are reproduced without changes and without reference to the source.
In April 2011 A.V. Matalin, who accidentally discovered these borrowings, VAK said about them. Soon he received the answer that the appeal would be considered at the Expert Council on Biology, but the matter did not go further. In February of this year, in the wave of dissertation revelations, Andrei Vladimirovich (by the way, an employee of the same MPGU) repeated his appeal and received the answer: the materials provided by him were sent for consideration - where? - to the dissertation council D 212.053.03.
Well, the last joke; More precisely, not even an anecdote, but an illustration. A significant part of the “Vakov” publications of works protected in this council is ensured at the expense of the magazine “South of Russia: Ecology, Development”, the editor -in -chief of which is the same G.M. Abdurahmanov. There is a strange thing: let's say, two articles can partially differ in composition of the authors, differ in the place of the study indicated in the title (coinciding in the rest), and almost completely coincide in the text, drawings and tables with all the numerical data [9, 10].
It would seem that these stories are enough to closely look at the activities of the dissertation council. But this was not done. Is it because that the supervisor and consultant of these dissertations, the chairman of the dissertation council, the Honored Scientist of the Republic of Dagestan and the Russian Federation, Professor G.M. Abdurakhmanov since 2011 - after the violations revealed - is also a member of the Biology Expert Council on Biology?

And here is another similar ball. Alexander Arkadievich Ivanov, candidate of economic sciences, half a year ago defended his doctoral biology [11]. He is literally a well-deserved word: Honored Economist of the Republic of Tatarstan, awarded with honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan [12], General Director of the Research Institute of Bio-I Nanotechnology (more precisely, the Scientific and Research Institute of Bio-I and Nanotechnology [13]), Deputy Director of the Kazan Fed “The Federal Center for toxicological, Radiation and Biological Security”, the director of which is a member of the corr. Zorkhn Arkady Vasilievich Ivanov, father of Alexander Arkadyevich. In this center, work was done. Protection, however, took place not in Kazan, but in Ulyanovsk - at the State Agricultural Academy. P.A. Stolypin. If you carefully read the abstract [14], it can be assumed that it was somehow embarrassed to protect this work in my hometown.
The abstract contains numerous borrowings from the abstract of the candidate dissertation of another employee of the Kazan Center, L.E. The sailor, executed and protected in 2005 at the All-Russian Research Veterinary Institute [15] (this is the same organization). Ivanov and Matrosova have general articles, but later: they could not serve as a source of coincidences. They have a common supervisor - Professor Mikhail Yakovlevich Tremasov; By the way, the sailor in the abstract indicates not only the leader, but also the scientific consultant - Professor Arkady Vasilievich Ivanov.
And then - the same spectrum. Most of the publications are in the journal Veterinary Doctor (from the VAK list, editor-in-chief-A.V. Ivanov, members of the editorial and expert council-M.Ya. Tremasov and A.A. Ivanov), and almost all contain numerous borrowings from other people's work, Internet sites and even student abstracts. The list of publications also contains an inconsistent article from scientific notes of another university.
However, perhaps the reason for the transfer of protection to another city is easier: Professor Ivanov is also the chairman of both dissertation councils of the FCTRB-VNIVI [16].
In any case, it seems that this is not one isolated case, but a whole bunch. For example, in the same way, extensive coincidences of the abstracts of another pair of students of Professor Tremasov, who were defending in the Council D 220.012.01: I.M. Yeremeyev (defense in January 2013) [17] and V.I. Egorova (2007; second leader - again Professor Ivanov) [18]. Absolute coincidences that have been preserved in places are imposed on the bad thoughts when using various drugs: say, in both works, “the death of rats began for 15 days from the moment of toxins, and 50% of animals died for 19 days”. But these results served as the basis for specific practical recommendations ...

So - for biologists, everything is exactly the same as among historians. Pupils of one professor rewrite the dissertations from each other, slightly diluting with pieces from other texts; Non -existent publications; confusion in the authorship of articles when no one already remembers who was drawn; The institution, in which the Council was created, has its own “home” magazine from the VAK list, and the chairman of the council is the editor -in -chief of this magazine; The chairman of the dissertation council is a member of the Higher Attestation Council ...
So if we, biologists, will tease representatives of the “unnatural” sciences, they will say that we are engaged in science “anti -social”, and will be right. Because plagiarism in historical work is just plagiarism, and plagiarism in the biological dissertation is inevitably accompanied by the falsification of the results.

Two -thirds of subscribers - from Ukraine, several hundred - up to 18 years old, of which most of them are up to 15 years. Most have no information on the wall. The same appeal was published on behalf of the Eurasian Youth Union, whose website is called the "Portal of the Network War." A person who imagines the Russian political Internet will immediately see the features of a mass custom-made campaign here. Who was so scared? And what?
