Skoda has created a sports version of Rapid

The Czech brand, which is part of the "large family" VW published the first teaser of the Rapid Sport liftback, reports Aut Forces .

From the serial version, the sports conceptual Rapid has a more aggressive design - the car has modified bumpers, a large air intake, a spoiler, two exhaust pipes, as well as 19 -inch alloy disks.

The technical characteristics of the model are kept secret. There is no information about the plans for launching aggressive Rapid in the series either.

At the moment, the most powerful liftback engine is a 122-horsepower 1.4 liter unit.

Recall that the production of the usual version of the budget Skoda will begin in Russia in the spring of 2014. The exact start of the start of Russian sales is not named, but the Czechs do not exclude that the model may appear in our market this year - in this case it will be exported from one of the European factories of the company.
