According to the data on 22 hours on May 9, 44 people turned to the medical help after the explosion of the wagons, 17 of them were hospitalized, 27 victims were provided with medical assistance, but they did not need hospitalization. Seven people are sent to the Central District Hospital of the Belokalitvensky district and 10-to-burn center of the BSMP N2 Rostov-on-Don. According to the representative of NTsux, all previously evacuated people returned to their homes. "In total, 503 people who returned to their places of residence were evacuated, damaged residential premises are being repaired," the center explained.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations plan to complete work to eliminate the consequences of the accident within two days - by May 11. Now rescuers, inspectors of Rospotrebnadzor and investigators are working on the railway.

A criminal case has been instituted on the fact of the fire and explosion on the railway in the Rostov region.
