All three were found guilty under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal request of the police officer). Gennady Stroganov and Emil Terekhin received 12 days. According to some reports, there was no trial of Stroganov, the decision was handed to him already in a special reception. Lavrashina reported that she was beaten. When she was brought to the Tver court, she refused to get out of the car. They broke her hands, put on handcuffs, hit several times on the face and under the breath, then they dragged into the cage in the handcuffs behind her back, intentionally tightly tightened. After half an hour, handcuffs were removed. The activist refused to leave the cage for the court detained in the corridor. The judge held a two -minute meeting right in the corridor. Lavryshina sat in a cage with her back. The day before, she announced a hunger strike. Lavrashina is a permanent participant in protest shares, she repeatedly held a hunger strike during administrative arrests and boycotted court hearings.

On the evening of May 9, activists blocked Tverskaya Street, deploying a huge banner "Death to the Kremlin occupiers." They lit fireers and arranged a march, chanting anti -Putin slogans. The action lasted about three minutes.
