News about the “Oboronservice case” and new facts of theft have not been provoked by special emotions for a long time. The absence of the accused ex-minister Anatoly Serdyukov, and the home arrest of “increased comfort”, elected as a preventive measure for suspect Evgenia Vasilieva, ceased to be surprised and the absence of accused. An unnecessary confirmation of this was the idea made by the Main Military Prosecutor's Office in relation to the General Director of OJSC Oboronservis Sergey Khurssevich.

According to the information that appeared in the Russian press, the head of the department, Sergei Fridinsky, in a document sent against the Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu, actually accused Khurssevich of causing damage to the state on a particularly large scale. At the same time, in the prosecutor’s statement there is no information on the initiation of a criminal case or the official of official charges. The prosecutor admits that the total damage to the state from the actions of the head of the holding is several billion rubles, but for this he asks only to dismiss Sergey Khurssevich.

In the view of Friedinsky, for the first time, an attempt to summarize the “case of Oboronservis” is made. ” It is noted that 25 criminal cases are currently being investigated, the total amount of damage amounted to 5 billion rubles, of which “1 billion was reimbursed, and the damage in the amount of 2.3 billion was prevented”.

The prosecutor’s office blames the head of the “Oboronservice” violation during the supply of the Ministry of Defense of 57 Italian armored vehicles IVECO, which were imported into the country as “medical equipment” - without paying customs duty. In this case, the amount of damage amounted to 145 million rubles.

The prosecutor’s office also recalls the foiled plans for the repair of military equipment, which were supposed to engage in the subsidiaries of Oboronservis - OJSC Special Republic and OJSC Removalia. The organization’s leadership and the facts of “concealment of offenses” are blamed, which were allowed by the contractors of the “Oboronservis”, and are also accused of “counteracting law enforcement agencies” who investigated these crimes.

“Contrary to the original goals, the prerequisites for the loss of the opportunity to provide services and work in the interests of defense and the state have been created. Khursevich not only did not ensure the observance of the rule of law in the activities of this joint -stock company and its organizations, but he himself also embarked on the path of violation of the law, ”Friedinsky writes in the representation.

On the basis of all the foregoing, the main military prosecutor's office asks Shoig to dismiss Sergey Khursevich from his post, as if he had been late for work or “violating labor discipline”.

Since on October 25, 2012, the Investigative Committee posted on his website a message on the initiation of a criminal case “on the facts of fraud in the implementation of real estate OJSC OPENSService, six months have passed. The leaders of several contracting organizations ended up in the investigative insulator, but the society, remembering that the fish rot from the head, expected the arrests of the former heads of the ministry.

In recent months, the “information ring” around Anatoly Serdyukov was tightened more closely, and the press and TV spoke louder about the involvement of the former minister in numerous abuse in the military department. In April, during the “direct line”, Vladimir Putin asked a direct question about this. But the president answered evasively, saying that if the suspects “do not interfere with the investigation”, then it is not necessary to plant them, and “to the gloomy period of the 37th year” should not be returned.

Apparently, Putin’s answer means that in the near future it is not worth waiting for high -profile arrests, and with the Ice Committee promises that an investigation into the activities of the Ministry of Defense officials will continue for at least another year. During this time, new episodes, the details of criminal schemes in which the surname Serdyukov will probably appear, will probably appear. But the longer in the status of witnesses there are senior officials who could not but know about what was happening in the ministry, the foggy the finale of this story becomes. On the other hand, thanks to this circumstance, the likelihood of a “violent emotional reaction” of society to an acquittal to any of the defendants in the case is gradually decreasing.
