The chairman of the Rusnano board Anatoly Chubais sent a draft strategy for the development of a state corporation to the government, in which he proposed to make it a completely private company by 2020, Izvestia newspaper writes on Tuesday.
According to a strategy, a copy of which is available to the publication, privatization will take place in two stages. In 2013, it is planned to sell 10% of the shares of the corporation, which Chubais announced in April. From 2013 to 2014, Rusnano OJSC will create a management company to share asset management and their possession. Investing Rusnano OJSC in direct investment funds in Russia will be implemented in the form of an “investment partnership”, and in foreign jurisdictions - only with significant private investments. The total share of foreign investors and management representatives, according to the strategy, will not exceed 25% of the authorized capital of the Rusnano Criminal Code.
"In 2015, the second stage of the implementation of the strategy will come, in which Rusnano planned to sell the UK" RUSNANO "to private investors, subject to the amount of sales from the sale of RUSNANO projects at the level of 300 billion rubles. We are talking about the sale of 60% of the company's shares that will be implemented 20% annually, starting from 2013. By 2020, the remaining 40% of the shares of the Ukrainian Rusnano will be sold to investors, thus the state -owned company will completely go into private hands, ”the newspaper said.
The Criminal Code will become the sole executive body, employees from RUSNANO OJSC will be transferred to it. The company will receive funding on the basis of management commissions corresponding to international practices of the direct investment industry, the newspaper writes. According to the development plan, the volume of sales of Russian products of the nano -industrial industry will reach 500 billion rubles by 2020, despite the fact that in 2013, the volume of sales according to the plan will amount to only 50 billion rubles.
The press service of Rusnano, Izvestia, confirmed that Chubais sent its proposals to the government to reorganize the state-owned company to the International Technological Fund for Direct Investments.
Rusnano OJSC was created in March 2011 by reorganizing the Russian State Corporation of Nanotechnologies. The state owned 100% of Rusnano shares.
