Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of the suspects of organizing a terrorist attack on April 15 in Boston, was buried in the United States. His younger brother Johar Tsarnaev is in prison: he has to answer for both, right up to the death penalty*. And there is the main question: why are these two young people who have lived for more than 10 years in the towns of Massachusetts, who received dumbness, grants, etc., decided to kill innocent people - those among whom lived and grew up?

Then he had not even played the war: Tamerlan Tsarnaev on his knees of his mother Zubeidat with Father Anzor (on the left) and Uncle Muhammad Suleimanov
| *The death penalty in Massachusetts was canceled in 1984, but Johar Tsarnaev falls under the federal law on the use of weapons of mass defeat, the sanctions on which - from a prison term to the death penalty. |
The question of the place of the funeral of the 26-year-old Tsarnaev arose after May 7 Boston Thomas Menino categorically forbade to bury the terrorist within the city. Tamerlana betrayed the Earth 130 km from Washington, at the Al-Barzak Muslim cemetery in the city of Virginia).

Despite the statements that he has no business “with this family”, it was Uncle Ruslan Tsarny that was engaged in the funeral. In the photo, he (the last on the right), accompanied by Peter Stefan, director of the funeral bureau
** Family values **11 years ago, no one could imagine such a development of events. The Tsanaevs who arrived in the United States in 2002 did not differ in special religiosity. “Ordinary Soviet people who have grown in Kyrgyzstan, and not in Chechnya, who did not see wars. So, nothing special, ”the famous Chechen surgeon Hassan Bayev, who also lived in the suburbs of Boston in the early 2000s, described the family in a conversation with The New Times and knew the Tsarnaevs well.
Other Boston Chechens also agree with Bayev. One of them, Ruslan (he asked not to name his surnames), told the magazine that the father of the brothers, Anzor, who opened a car repair workshop in Boston, loved to drink and loudly walk, and his mother, Zaduidat, who worked in a beauty salon, often made up the company. “I remember, I’m somehow going to Boston in a car, the windows are open, and then I hear, Stas Mikhailov plays at full volume nearby: this tipsy Anzor was driving at the wheel of a neighboring car,” says Ruslan. “And another time I found both of them, Anzor and Zubeidat, in the restaurant: Anzor was very drunk, and the Zubeidat was dressed not only in Muslim, but somehow vulgar.”
According to rumors, once Anzor Tsarnaev began to pester in a restaurant to some girl who had dinner with his friend, a fight began, as a result of which the father of the family was in the hospital. “All this was when they just arrived in Boston, year in 2003,” says Ruslan. “The family was unfriendly, constantly quarreled.”
According to other representatives of the Chechen diaspora in Boston, by the way, very small-50-60 people, it was on the basis of alcohol and drunken brawls that Anzor quarreled with his brother Ruslan King, who, by the way, unlike the rest of his relatives, from the very beginning, did not question the Tsarnaev’s brothers' involvement in the terrorist attack.
Relations did not develop with children: “The youngest daughter of the Tsarnaevs Alina was married by force for the same Kyrgyz Chechen as her father,” says Ruslan, “although she was in love with one black guy at school. Moreover, the matter was not at all in religion, but in money. She lived a little with him, then divorced and now lives in a civil marriage with her first love. The second daughter, Bella, was also married to a Chechen and also divorced. ”
According to unspecified data, parents divorced - back in 2011. The reason was the increased religiosity of Zubeidat. However, in Dagestan-in 2012-they returned together; And also together answered the questions of journalists after the Boston tragedy. And about two weeks ago both disappeared from the field of view of the press. According to The New Times, from Dagestan Tsarnaev left for Chechnya. The choice looks strange: after all, Ramzan Kadyrov just at the beginning of May at a meeting with the participation of directors of Chechen schools called the Tsarnaev brothers “the last shaitans”, at the same time repeating what he said before: they have nothing to do with Chechnya. It, however, is understandable: the playlist Tamerlana on the YouTube website is full of videos in which “Murtad (Veroprian) Kadyrov” is accused of betrayal of true faith.
"
“Tamerlana could not be recognized, he grew a beard, walked in Arafatka and a long Arabic Jalabe. Even very religious people do not dress in Chechnya so in Chechnya. "
" Change of scenery
Friends and neighbors of Tamerlana Tsarnaev characterize him as a hot -tempered and not very pleasant person in communication: they say, I thought only about the boxing, for which I abandoned my studies, but in sports I had every chance of success, was the winner of regional amateur competitions and could well count on entering the Olympic team. Trying to explain Tamerlane's bitterness against America, the media nominated the theory that with the Olympic dream he had to part due to a scandal with his ex-girlfriend Nadine Ashsen, half a portal, half an Italian. Nadin accused Tamerlana of treason, he hit her, the neighbors called the police, the case of domestic violence was opened. However, young people made peace, Nadine refused to testify, and the case fell apart, so that the law Tamerlan remained clean.
With his future wife, Katherine Russell, who gave birth to a girl Zakhar in 2010, he turned no better. The neighbors in the college, where Tamerlan studied, said that he often shouted at Katherine, called her a whore and even threw her furniture at her. But there was no talk of any religious extremism: “Even 3-4 years ago, I constantly met Tamerlana at discos in Boston, where International Nights was especially popular among emigrants from Russia (direct translation are“ international nights ”, that is, parties gathered for recent immigrants. - The New Times), - - The New Times), - Ruslan told the magazine. “He drank, like everyone else, dancing with his girlfriend (Nadine. - The New Times), was no different from ordinary American guys.”
A sharp change occurred in 2008-2009. Tamerlan quit drinking, smoking and walking in restaurants. Katherine, with whom he was just starting to meet, put on a hijab. Tamerlan himself stopped communicating with most friends, although Box did not abandon. It was then that he starred in a photo shoot, which was preferred by the heading from an interview with Tamerlang: Will Box for Passport (“I will box for (American) passport”), and it was then that Tamerlan himself wrote: “I don’t have a single American friend, I don’t understand them.” According to Ruslan, Tamerlane had no problems with the Americans until 2009, although it was difficult to communicate with him to Chechens - too chick. But Tamerlan had new friends, in particular, a certain Misha, with whom, according to Uncle Ruslan Tsar, they spoke about Islam for night. However, the FBI investigators, who interrogated Mikhail Allahverdov, the 39-year-old Armenian who accepted Islam, decided that he was not involved in the Boston explosions.
In 2012, after Tamerlan returned from a half -year trip to Dagestan and Chechnya, he, according to his Boston acquaintances, changed unrecognizably - both externally and in rhetoric. “I came during Ramadan to common acquaintances to congratulate them on the holiday. He could not be recognized, he grew a beard, walked in Arafatka and a long Arabic jalabe. Even very religious people do not dress in Chechnya. If earlier he said, like many at his age, on a mixture of Dagestan and Chechen slang, then he began to call me a brother, speak thoroughly, like Imam. There was no trace of the previous Zabiyak, ”says Ruslan, Boston interlocutor The New Times.
The younger brother of Tamerlana Johar, a “dear guy”, an athlete, the owner of a scholarship for training at the Cambridge College, who loved marijuana a little more than his American friends (they said about him: “He was always dangled”), and closed with grass for money for pocket expenses, was completely dependent on his older brother. This was confirmed by Tsarnaev Zubeidat and Zubeydat: she, from childhood, brought up respect for Tamerlan in Johara. Representatives of the Boston Chechen diaspora told The New Times that the low authority of the very drunk father probably played their role here. Johar saw a hero in his older brother and was ready to even die with him: during interrogation, he admitted that initially both of them planned to become suicide bombers - they were going to blow themselves up during the celebration of Independence Day on July 4. But then the plans changed.

Maternity trace
The American media, citing special services, suggested that the mother brought to Islam Tamerlane, and later Johar. In 2011, she was even included in the list of persons suspected of ties with terrorism (TIDE), after the Russian FSB sent the FBI a request for her and Tamerlan. At a press conference in Makhachkala on April 25, she accused the Americans with a hysterical tone of killing Tamerlan after the arrest; Zubeidat referred to a video in which her son, alive and naked, walked under the muzzles of police pistols and carbines. The video, they say, were then removed, but the mother’s heart cannot be deceived.
Hassan Bayev, however, does not agree with the version about the key role of his mother in the fate of Tamerlane: “Rather, Tamerlan put it on her hijab,” he told the magazine.
This is indirectly confirmed by other facts. Here, for example, what the NEW Times told the International Center for the Study of Terrorism of Pennstate University (University of Pennsylvania) Mia Bloom: “From clients of Zubeidat in its beauty salon, the employees of our center learned how it suddenly began to wear a scarf and develop conspiracy theories regarding explosions New York September 11, 2001: they say, they were organized by the FBI to start a war in Afghanistan. “At the same time, she answered all questions like this:“ Ask my son, he knows much more, ”said Mia Bloom.
On April 25, 2013, the Massachusetts authorities issued an arrest warrant of Zubeidat. She is accused not at all of terrorism, but of theft of clothes from the Lord & Tailor store in the amount of $ 1624 - she was caught by the hand in June 2012. The court was appointed to October last year, but the Zubeidat by that time was already in Makhachkala. "What is this radical Muslim who steals clothes?" - The Boston Chechen Ruslan grins.

** Demons of Islam **During the first interrogations, Johar Tsarnaev admitted that he and his brother were fans of Anvar al-Avlaki, a radical Islamist of American origin (he was born in California), the third person in Al-Qaeda, who was killed in Yemen in 2011. Al-Avlaki lectures on "Holy Jihad" against Jews and crusaders can still be found on the Internet. In the playlist of Tamerlana on YouTube, you can find a performance by another radical Islamist-the Australian Feiz Mohammed, who at one time extended records with calls to kill the infidels and appeals to Muslim parents to educate the children of jihad warriors. The brothers and the Al-Qaeda, the Internet magazine Inspire (to Inspire-to inspire) read. In early May, the materials from Inspire were also found on Katherine Russell, Tamerlan’s wife: it is not clear, however, she loaded them herself or her husband did it.
The Internet is the main weapon of Al-Qaeda, on which billions of dollars are spent, the professor Arabist George Mirsky explained to The New Times, it is with his help that Islamists manage to attract young rebels around the world. “According to American data, from 2001 to today, more than 1000 attempts have been registered in the States and 2/3 involved in them were born in America,” the scientist said The New Times. -In the 30s, radical youth went either to the Communists or to the Nazis, even earlier in Russia-to the Socialist Revolutionaries. “Direct action” in France, “red brigades” in Italy, the “Red Army faction” in Germany - these are all similar stories. ” Chechens, Palestinians, Iraqis, Pakistanis ... - Islamists have no nationality, all of them belong to the same community - the Muslim ummah, the chosen people of Allah. The godless America with its feminists, homosexuals and licentiousness is the number one enemy in terms of radicals. “This is the great Satan, who stands behind the tiny Israel, who put the Arab world on his knees,” says George Mirsky. “There are two exits for young warriors of Islam: either go to Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia, the same Dagestan to fight with the infidels, or to make some actions in their homeland.” Tsarnaev, obviously, chose the second option.

From January to July 2012, Tamerlan Tsarnaev was in Dagestan and Chechnya. According to some reports, there he met with an activist of the Dagestan underground, who received Islam Canadian William Plotnikov (in the picture on the left)
** The farther to the forest **However, the Internet has become not only a source of religious thought, but also a means of communication. “In order to attract the performers of terrorist attacks and their subsequent mobilization, the same technologies are often used in different countries,” Grigory Swedov, editor -in -chief of the Caucasian Knot, explained to The New Times. - In social networks, not only open areas are successful, but also closed communities based on general ideology. Inside them, radical ideas are propaganda, contributing to the ghettoiding of participants in real life. This is the first stage in the formation of the base of supporters. Sooner or later, the second stage related to a visit to the region comes. At this time, potential terrorists are trained, usually assembling explosive devices, sometimes shooting. It happens that it comes to planning specific terrorist attacks. ”
Who knows, perhaps, it was during a trip to Dagestan in January-July 2012 that Tamerlane had a plan of the attack. There is still no reliable information on this score.
| *"New Gazeta" No. 47 of April 29, 2013 |
So, according to the reports of the “Novaya Gazeta”* and the “Caucasian Knot”, who were referring to the center for the fight against extremism of the Republic of Dagestan (CEPE), during his visit to Russia in 2012 Tamerlan Tsarnaev was not only under the constant observation of the security forces, but also came into contact with the activists of the Dagestan underground Mahmud (18-year-olds (18-year-old Palestinian) and William Plotnikov (21-year-old Canadian of Russian origin). After the Nidal was killed on May 19, 2012, Tamerlan moved from his parents to relatives and did not leave the apartment without unnecessary need. And when on July 14, 2012, during another special operation, Plotnikov was shot dead, he hastily left for Grozny, and from there he returned through Moscow to the United States, without waiting for a Russian passport, for the sake of receiving which he allegedly came to Dagestan.
However, the deputy head of the information and public relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Dagestan Fatin Ubaidatov, in a conversation with The New Times, actually refuted this data: according to her, Tamerlan Tsarnaev did not violate the laws, behaved as a respectable citizen and did not fall into the field of view of the police. “I read these materials in the press, everything is very confused and incomprehensible there. What is this CEPE? We have a center for the fight against extremism and criminal terrorism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Dagestan, the FSB has another structure (control against terrorism and political extremism.-The New Times), they probably got information from somewhere, I don’t know where, and they decided to make the national team so that the features were broken there. ”
However, even if the FSB had suspicions of Tsarnaev’s connection with gangs, why was he calmly allowed to move around the territory of the republic, released to Grozny, and then released from the country? “The law enforcement agencies in the North Caucasus abduct, kill people without trial and investigation, even if they have only an indirect attitude to the terrorist underground,” says Abdulla Duduev, editor -in -chief of the Caucasian magazine Dosh. “Tamerlana was not even questioned.” Be that as it may, it seems obvious: six months spent by Tamerlane Tsarnaev in Dagestan and Chechnya, acquaintance with the Islamist Dagestan underground, if they did not move, then strengthened him in the fact that they should fight the power of weapons at home, that is, in the United States. And the fact that among these infidels that need to be exposed can be neighbors and acquaintances-well, what can you do, “the forest is chopped-chips fly”-the ideology of the Soviet Union, which for decades, financed terrorists in different parts of the world, and the ideology of the CIA, which sprinkled the Taliban and Al-Caida, was built. So the Cold War after decades with a boomerang returned to Boston, New York and Moscow.
