Employees of the Twelfth Arbitration Court of Appeal, located in Saratov, published information about income and property for 2012. Thus, the chairman of the 12th arbitration, Nikolai Sharaev, earned 1.8 million rubles in a year. The judge owns apartments measuring 30 and 32 square meters, and together with his wife he owns plots of land measuring 354 and 520 square meters. m, building 100 sq. m and a garden house of 30 sq. m. Sharaev’s wife declared an income of 2.2 million rubles, while her personal property is an apartment with an area of 72.6 square meters. Members of Mr. Sharaev’s family do not have a personal car. Let us note that last year Nikolai Sharaev’s wife also earned more than her husband - then Mr. Sharaev received 1.7 million rubles, and his wife - 1.9 million. They also did not have a personal car.

Mr. Sharaev’s deputy, Sergei Nikolsky, received 1.6 million rubles in 2012. As a joint owner, he owns a plot of land of 1200 square meters. m, apartment of 70 sq. m and half of an unfinished dacha with an area of 185 sq. m. The wife of Sergei Nikolky earned 161 thousand rubles. However, in the family of Mr. Nikolsky, unlike his leader’s family, there is a car. In 2011, Nikolsky earned slightly less - 1.3 million rubles.

The chairman of the judiciary of the Twelfth Arbitration Court of Appeal, Alexey Smirnikov, received 1.5 million rubles. He owns a land plot with an area of 893 square meters and a Volkswagen car. Mr. Smirnikov’s wife is the owner of two apartments with an area of 33 and 73 square meters. m, while her declared annual income is 32 thousand rubles.

In addition, colleagues of the “arbitrators” - employees of the Saratov Regional Court - reported on their financial situation. The incomes of managers here are somewhat higher - the head of the regional court, Vasily Tarasov, received 2.5 million rubles a year. At the same time, he owns an apartment with an area of 78 sq.m., a house with an area of 280 sq.m., and a plot of land with an area of 780 sq.m. m and a garage of 24 sq. m.

Mr. Tarasov's wife had no income last year. However, her property includes a residential building of 33 square meters. m and a plot of 1.5 thousand square meters. m. In addition, the couple owns a Nissan Juke and uses an apartment of 105 square meters. m.

Mr. Tarasov’s income has increased compared to 2011. Then the chairman of the regional court earned 2.3 million rubles, but his wife drove a Toyota Lexus RX 350 station wagon.

Tarasov's deputies received less than their boss. In 2012, the deputy chairman of the regional court, Mr. Zhuravlev, earned 2.2 million rubles. True, his wife, unlike Mr. Tarasov’s wife, declared a significant income - 1.3 million rubles and owns a Hyundai Santa Fe car.

The deputy chairman of the regional court, Evgeniy Shepelin, received 2.1 million, while he owns a Nissan Pathfinder car and a Dolphin-S motor boat. His colleague Oleg Lyapin received 1.6 million. Mr. Lyapin’s wife also contributed to the family budget, earning more than 785 thousand rubles. The income of the Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Saratov Region, Alexander Baibakov, amounted to 1.9 million rubles. Baibakov's wife received 58 thousand rubles. Compared to other court chairmen, the couple of the heads of the regional arbitration declared the largest residential building - with an area of 323 square meters. m. In addition, the Baibakovs own two plots of land, 1034 sq.m. and 631 sq.m. m. Compared to previous reporting periods, Mr. Baibakov’s salary, like the income of his colleagues, is growing steadily. Deputy head of regional arbitration Alexander Finogenov received 1.6 million rubles a year. At the same time, he only owns a garage of 19.1 square meters. m.
