On May 16, United Russia deputy Rafael Mardanshin announced a draft resolution on amnesty for economic articles, more specifically, for 50 articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, prepared for consideration by the Duma. Among them are those for which Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Platon Lebedev, Alexei Kozlov were convicted and for which Alexei Navalny is being tried.

Once upon a time in the Vladimir region, there was an adviser to justice, the head of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee for the city of Kovrov, Jurabaev Albert Anatolyevich. He lived for himself, did not grieve, until thunder struck: suddenly Albert Anatolyevich was detained in his own office at the time of receiving a trifling bribe of 30 thousand rubles. And just then there was a major attack by federal TV channels on the mayor of the city of Kovrov, Comrade. Kaurov - even Andrei Karaulov personally deigned to pour a tub of slops on him, with such fraudulent details and indecencies that you can even endure the saints. Of course, they smashed the leadership of the city of Kovrov over the bumps as part of another undercover fight between the Rogozins and Medvedevs and Chemezovs - after all, in Kovrov we have a large defense plant named after. Degtyarev, and the governor was just being changed in the region, so I had to bast in line.

In general, counselor of justice Dzhurabaev got into trouble and under distribution. And within the framework of this binding, what was not found behind it! Stop! But in this place, watch your hands. At this place, Albert Jurabaev is turning into an entrepreneur. And practically innocent. After all, he promised people something there, but did not fulfill it. What kind of bribe? Pure fraud, entrepreneurial article. How much money is in there? 30 thousand red-handed? So this is then a maximum of the 3rd part of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, “fraud”, that is, a slight one. And what are those 100 thousand? You never know what anyone thought - they are not available anywhere. So Comrade Dzhurabaev will receive a maximum suspended sentence of three years, like a stumbled businessman - and for a bribe (that is, under Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) he would consider the ten of a strict zone for happiness.

We have a dime a dozen such dzhurabaevs temporarily under investigation. The most striking example is a group of comrades from Oboronservis, led by a certain Vasilyeva, a poetess and a heartbreaker. Are you aware that they, as entrepreneurs, are supposed to show humanism? We were informed about this at his December final press conference by V.V. Putin. He was just asked about the prospects for the case of state official Serdyukov and about the house arrest of state official Vasilyeva, and he answered - they say, we have humanism on the march here, the liberalization of criminal legislation. What cut, what kickbacks? Pure entrepreneurship.

That is precisely why I am sure that the amnesty for convicted entrepreneurs, invented by Barshchevsky and Titov, may well happen. For it was not invented for Navalny, Khodorkovsky, Lebedev and others like them - it was invented for the Vasilyevs and Dzhurabaevs. Barshchevsky, by the way, has already mentioned this: they say, in order to allow an entrepreneur to receive an amnesty, it will be necessary to look into his case. That is, it is like with parole: for one - please shave, for the other to sit from bell to bell.

It will be a very peculiar amnesty: those who accidentally or deliberately wormed their way into “entrepreneurs” from officials, security officials and other Bilalov brothers will come out. And the real entrepreneurs will remain in prison. You understand that in the framework of the declared fight against corruption, many of our own people had to be sacrificed. They also donated for educational purposes. So why keep them in jail now? For bribes (that is, for corruption) in Russia, they still do not plant, declaring a bribe a fraud in court or upon presentation of charges. According to this article, the period is shorter, if you don’t fasten extra articles with a “locomotive” - this means that entrepreneurs will be fastened whatever they want, but class relatives - never. Fraud, as you know, is the most entrepreneurial article.
