On Thursday there was a meeting of deputies of the North-West District of Moscow with Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. But not all, many asked acute questions that no one prepared, including me and my colleagues from Schukino.
But this post is not about the substantial part of the meeting, we will talk about it. A post about petty bastards, without which, of course, our favorite party cannot do. After a more or less substantial meeting on the Moscow government website, a document called “ Perehenogram ” appears, in which there is a Sobyanin’s speech about how beautiful everything is, and two issues in which the asking were most added to the mayor and where he, as strong as strong-willed solutions, was solving problems on the spot. S. Sobyanin: There is such a problem. This is not our whim, it was a court decision - the allocation of the compensation section to these investors, but I think that we can choose another site, I will surely entrust, and we will not build in the place where it is expected.
Or, in general, ADICH, where the mayor allegedly at this meeting decided to allocate 65 million rubles from the budget with a wide gesture.

Dear Sergey Semenovich, for us, deputies, is one of the key issues patriotic education of youth. The abominable display of this dialogue was noticeable in the hall, and many deputies laughed in the voice. According to the political technologists of our mayor, to allocate 65 million rubles from one request and one clarifying question (and this year of work is 110 people with a salary of 50,000 rubles) is a positive action and should not cause laughter, but respect.
But the matter was not in the content, there were not very many showing questions, almost everyone could ask sharp questions, simply raising their hands, and the mayor still talked with deputies in the corridor. That is, not the entire meeting consisted of bullshit and, it would seem, here it is a normal public dialogue.
However, for some reason, immediately after the meeting, the entire substantial part immediately began to be cut out of the references to it. For example, in the video posted on the official website of the city hall, there is not a single acute question (but there are not sharp ones).
But the video is okay, it still does not claim the status of not advertising of the mayor, but something neutral-you can cut and cut anything in the video (although, of course, I would like to completely video).
But damn it, you can't cut off and cut something in the transcript? If you have called something a transcript, then you must really post a literal record of what was happening, and not selected questions (3 out of 34). But no, it lies , it is called a "transcript", but in fact, a cut.
I sent a letter to the mayor on this score, explained what a transcript is, and suggested that I correct it. It is clear that he personally has nothing to do with it, but the people working in his apparatus, this is how political activity is seen.
