The coordinator of the Moscow branch of the Left Front Vasily Kuzmin was released after a many -hour interrogation in the TFR in the status of a witness in the "swamp business". It is reported by Rosuznik. Earlier, Rosuznik’s lawyers expressed concern that Kuzmin is highly likely to be charged.
At about 7 a.m. on Thursday, the security forces came to Kuzmin’s apartment with a search, at the end of which the activist was taken away for interrogation. The oppositionist, as well as with him in the apartment, activists of the Left Front Elizabeth Pushkina and Kristina Krasnova seized mobile phones. In addition, as the SKR website transmits , "a large number of electronic media of information, leaflets and symbols of the left front, as well as presumably smoke bombs, were seized in Kuzmin's apartment.

Later, on Thursday, in the suburbs was a search of the activist of the Left Front Denis Kurai. According to human rights activist Sergei Davidis, the 6-year-old daughter of the opposition and his adult brother were at home. At the end of the search, representatives of the guardianship organs came, who took the girl out of the house, and then took her 10-year-old sister from school. Children were taken away in an unknown direction. Human rights activists turned to the abduction of children to the Ombudsman Vladimir Lukin. Later, the girls were returned to the wife of Kurai , forcing to sign a falsified protocol about the inadequate content of children.
On May 14, a series of searches in the "Swamp Business" was held in the Russian regions. In Yaroslavl, for interrogation in the TFR, after the searches, RPR-Parnas Activists Elena Lesiashvili and Vasily Tsependa, Oleg Barminov ("Other Russia") and Evgeny Novikov (RSD) were delivered. Novikov said that the issues concerned Sergey Udaltsov’s arrival in Yaroslavl. In Nizhny Novgorod, Alexander Krasnov (Left Front) and Anna Stepanova (RPR-Parnas) were interrogated. In Belgorod in the morning, investigators searched the apartment of the 19-year-old coordinator of the Left Front Igor Tsevmenko, after which he was taken for interrogation.
Previously, searches for the "Swamp Base" were carried out in Orel, Voronezh, Volgograd and other cities.
