What happens to the education system in Russia? She is not yet. The current education is multi -storage. There are terry remnants of Soviet universities and schools - and excellent gymnasiums and faculties.

Contractivity is the main characteristic of the moment.

Look at the Russian government. Even here, there are a repressive machine that stamps sentences to normal people, and absolutely sane officials who try to separate the viable and necessary from the corrupted dead man in the educational system, exist nearby.

But the pain point is just one: people who are accustomed to the Soviet higher and high school and considering it the limit of pedagogical perfection should leave and leave. They are replaced by the motley brethren of Old Man Makhno. Some of these new people do not know how to read and write, are not able to express a simple thought, do not know how to add and multiply and are able to only take and divide. Others, on the contrary, know how to do all this, but do not know how to make a transition from Soviet moss to the world educational clearing.

The Soviet school and Soviet University could not prepare its graduates even to a passive understanding of life in their own free country. Some scattered, others stole, others froze in a cognitive stupor. From this conflicting picture, even chaos, we can also conclude: the majority of the country's population does not appreciate the achievements of democracy and freedom and simply does not deserve any other school at all.

But the children are sorry, therefore, for them, despite all the intellectual and political helplessness of the country's adult population, teachers should still work. If there is a gymnasium or a university where there is such an understanding, you have to try to go there, try to update programs from there, come up with ways to work with those who dared to be born in our society today.

But how to understand what needs to be done first? Obviously, if possible, to drive away completely completed thieves from the system of education. They are easiest to identify - these are plagiarism and bursts of budgets. The resistance of this community turned out to be very strong, and it was they who seemed to be defeated by the deputy minister of education Igor Fedyukin.

Related group - I will say a generalized - Chekist origin. This is a public that lives in the century before last and thinks that you can create some kind of "domestic science"-without communication with the free world, without complete integration with advanced countries. They again managed to make Soviet Gabi fears with virulent, which contradict the personal experience of people, and yet the rod-like champignons that break through asphalt.

So far, all this company is not able to arrange everything in its own way in areas such as, for example, astronautics. It seems that foreign agents are not yet looking for foreign agents. But in the socio-humanitarian sphere, many people seem to be a column who sleeps and sees how to “weaken” or “dismember” Russia, how to take out the core of the Kashcheevo egg, the Monomakh hat or something else sacred.

The inherent mythological picture of the world is deeply contradictory. The subject in this way, thinking in the categories of a conspiracy, is sure that the enemy wants to find out his main secret, and we ourselves, they say, do not know, even what it consists of, we do not know. We only believe that it is, that an unknown invincible force is hidden in it, having mastered which, an adversity, is uneven for an hour, will forever enslave us. This mania of persecution in one bottle of greatness is the substance of the Chekist consciousness, because of which, just in case, Xeroxes, contacts with foreigners and a bunch of other things prohibited in Russia. This isolationism, as it now turns out, sits extremely deep. Or maybe it’s completely unstiting.

Here, in fact, is the basis with which you have to start any reforms in the field of education: to get away from isolation, to let new ideas and new people to yourself, to generously share everything interesting that is or may appear here.

No one says that it is necessary to “lifting your pants, run after” “some specific university or even a particular country. But it is clear that we will have to seriously integrate into the world academic division of labor. Realizing their weaknesses and strengths - and even a few competitive advantages.

At the same time, Russia cannot get pure and very disinterested help from anyone: in all European countries, the system of higher education is cracking under the blows of perestroika. Some pull towards Bologna, others - English, others - the American system, but nowhere is a simple transplant passes easily. For example, in Italy, the education system has recently shook mass demonstrations. Nowhere is there a light, all suitable path, every step is being discussed. And everywhere the choice means a risk - the right choice simply does not exist. The education system is constantly changing and now it will be installed only for a while.

But in Russia they do not yet understand that the choice of educational strategy is a risky thing. Here they think that the authorities will still decide everything for everyone. And even if he solves poorly, life, they say, will correct. It would seem that the current state of things should relieve illusions. But no - those who wish to teach others do not want to learn themselves. The ministry lowers circulars, and the fate of teachers depends on the presence or absence of budget places. Teachers are trying to unite into a real trade union. For all the paradox of the situation, the trade union protects the rights of its members, regardless of their quality as professionals and is quite capable of torpedoing progressive reforms - the choice of the path is difficult for everyone: either the parting and with the remnants of the Soviet heritage, and with the most odious academic products of the nineties and zero, or a lag for several decades. The fact that now - at least before the removal of Igor Fedyukin - it was the top of the Russian Ministry of Education that turned out to be more advanced than the secondary university "earth", of course, is very disappointing. So I want to bask in a sense of rightness and self -esteem before bureaucratic lawlessness, but it doesn’t work out.

True, here other figures from the knob the vertical of power come to the rescue. Sitting higher. And they sing an old song about enemies and agents. But even in this current damage to the hunters for "foreign agents" there is something useful. To them, poor fellow, it is not thecide that the school itself in Russia, the entire education system, brought from the West just a couple of centuries ago, is a collective “foreign agent”: it is making a window into the world and making small -scrolls to look at his own sores. Actually, to form your youth and means to make it capable of living and acting in the big world, part of which Russia is.

Therefore, the Russian authorities do not have a way out - either organizedly say goodbye to the era and take risks, or drown with it.
