In order to somehow promote the region, a whole program for the development and support of regional tourism has been developed. In Ryabovo, hundreds of millions have been invested by the homeland of the Vasnetsov brothers, but a practical zero tourist traffic.

Or the festival of a cucumber in Istobensk, to which the governor dragged famous bloggers a couple of years ago to illuminate this event a couple of years ago. Also ineffective it turned out.

More than ten million was invested in the construction of a dinosaur park in Kotelnich. But still not opened, the layouts of the monsters begin to fall apart.

Perhaps only the holding of world -wide fairy -tale games has become the only noticeable success in organizing holidays and events that attract people from different parts of the country and the world.

Moreover, the annual Velikoretsky move is constantly growing and gaining power of a spiritual event, attracting thousands of pilgrims.

It will not be enough for the development of the territory.

But just the other day I witnessed an entertaining picture. The group of youth went on the street. Spasskaya past the puppet theater.

And one of them loudly talked about the new theater, beautiful architecture, and then suddenly said: "It is here that the famous protests are held in support of Navalny, who is judged in the building of the Lenin court, located 50 meters from here. Let's see."

The youth listens, someone asks about Navalny, they feel very keen interest, because it is said about something unusual, bright, drivers. They started to be photographed.

This is how life presents us with surprises in the form of historical attractions. This is not a monument yet, it is a life that is happening here and now, you can easily touch it.

For me it was a complete surprise.

A person is judged for some mythical damage that he allegedly caused to the Kirov region, although even the governor does not think so.

But it is already clear how this event - the trial of Navalny - becomes a place of the historical process, the place of strong attraction of people, and also contributes to the development of one of the directions of regional tourism. And it is quite possible that if travel agencies are in place, you can soon come to Kirov and see the court where a person was innocently injured.

How much money has already attracted Navalny to our city, it is still difficult to count, but the account is already millions. And in any case, he will win or lose this court, it is already clear: we, the Kirovites, are very lucky that such a famous person is in our city, brings quite tangible and real benefits to his presence ...

To make this direction in local regional tourism quite sustainable, perhaps it is necessary to extend the court session for another couple of months. Then the Kirov region will receive a sufficiently stable and completely unclear financial source for its development. Which, of course, will affect the investment climate.

Only for this, of course, it should be awarded to Alexei Navalny with the highest award of the Kirov region - "For Merit before the Kirov Region."

But will the hero find a reward?
