The main problem of the USE is not in its disadvantages, which, of course, are, but in the fact that this system fell into a completely corrupt society. In such conditions, the undertaking, largely built on honesty and conscientiousness, simply cannot work normally. Milklins for mobile phones, independent observers on exams - guarantees neither from write -off or leakage do not give information. Yes, there was more order: the check, passports are compiled stricter, the phones are selected and sealed. But still - you can’t search a person, I handed over one phone, left the second, there is no limit to ingenuity ...

I think those who put their answers to social networks do this out of dashing and removal - this option of hooliganism. But there are those who make money on the USE - throwing up tasks on the Internet. This, of course, “flows” the Ministry of Education - either at the stage of developers (more precisely, not so much by the developers themselves as officials who provide this), or, more likely, already when sending materials to the regions - as a result of conspiracy between those who are lucky and who accepts them. I can only assume, but probably at this stage it is the easiest to steal materials.

People who trade in examination materials do not open them on the Internet openly: they post a certain number to which the SSMES must be sent to, from the “buyer” in one way or another, they withdraw money in one way or another, and he receives a link that gives him the opportunity to see the desired. At the same time, there are also scammers who are not related to the organizers of the exam and do not have access to real materials, they develop options resembling the exam, and thus fool those who peck at it.

Question: How to deal with it? It seems to me that it is necessary to spend more efforts on bringing to the end the investigation of leaks and forgery. Last year, several students were caught, who wrote an exam for them on passports of graduates. It seems to be somehow punished. And who knows and remembers whether the students themselves were responsible for deception, instead of which these students passed the exam? And how did the cases end when the leakage of information was completely related to education officials? Of course, they must be demonstrated. But in public consciousness - a sense of complete impunity.

The worst in the whole story with the exam is not even corruption: it is everywhere, somewhere more, somewhere less, it must simply expose, violators to catch and pay tribute. But the fact that the exam is used not only as a meter of knowledge of a particular student, but as an indicator of the work of teachers, entire schools and different levels of educational officials, will inevitably lead to widespread and constant deception. Education departments will put pressure on schools so that they “give indicators” at all costs. Directors will put pressure on teachers. And teachers will find ways to “help” students to pass exams ...
