The Moscow authorities intend to hold a meeting with the organizing committee of the opposition march on June 12, the head of the regional security department of the mayor's office, Alexei Mayorov, told Interfax.
He explained that before each event, the mayor’s office invites all interested applicants, law enforcement agencies, and services that deal with economic support.
Mayorov recalled that on June 12, in addition to the opposition march, a large number of events at the federal and city levels will take place.
On June 12, Russia Day, a protest march will take place in the center of Moscow. The opposition will march from Kaluzhskaya Square along Bolshaya Yakimanka Street to Bolotnaya Square. The event is agreed upon for 30 thousand people. The organizers abandoned the rally this time.
