Only the lazy do not want to kick the teacher: the administration, and the parents, and, of course, the students, and lately even the journalists will not fail to give a jab. But the teacher endures everything, exists somehow, and still won’t change.
During the Unified State Exam in computer science at school No. 36 in Dzerzhinsk, teachers accompanying graduates were imprisoned for several hours.
After the graduates were launched into the auditorium, we were asked to go to a small assembly hall where we could wait for them. After waiting on the street, at first everyone was glad that they could sit and chat, work with documentation, reports, and finally sleep.
Among the amenities there was also a toilet of questionable cleanliness, to say the least.
About two hours later the sun became hot, and although there were about forty of us, it became impossible to breathe, the old windows were tightly boarded up. Some began to feel dizzy. In search of fresh air, the youth were the first to try to leave school. But that was not the case - we were closed!
We began to ask to be let out, but the policewoman (or policewoman) said that she had an order - not to let us out, period! All they did for us was point to a small transom, which was opened by our only male representative. But there was almost no fresh air. And in general, it’s outrageous that we were locked up!
They began to study their escort orders, which said nothing about our imprisonment.
In short, we asked to invite the head of the PPE and explain this situation to us. The school director and the head of the PPE (examination point) came. We were surprised to hear that our timid indignations were called “butch”. The head of the PPE scolded us like first-graders, stated that we were “kindergarten”, did not know how to behave, etc., etc. To our cries: “We are thirsty! We want to eat! We want to breathe!” She shamed us and, as always, covered herself with children. “What about the children?! They write there without food or drink! And you put up with it! I have an order not to let you out!” - the boss said sternly, shaking pieces of paper in front of our noses, appealing to our shame. True, we never saw where it was written. But they tearfully asked that they call where necessary and clarify this issue, because at other PES they let us out and even gave us tea. And we even dared to threaten that we would call the education department ourselves.
After some time, we were released for 20 minutes to run to the store for water and food. They let us back in strictly according to our passport and orders. One teacher left an order in her bag, so she was not allowed in until a colleague brought her the document.
After some time, someone was surprised to find that the front door was OPEN! And without security! That is, they opened it quietly and didn’t even tell us that we could freely go out and breathe.
Well, what can I say - there are no words, only emotions! We must study the orders, defend our rights and not allow ourselves to be humiliated! Otherwise, some zealous leaders are ready to put everyone under lock and key, just in case.
