12 people were injured in a fire at the Okhotny Ryad station in the Moscow metro, Interfax reports.
“As of 09:45 Moscow time, twelve people sought medical help, including one passenger who was hospitalized,” the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation told Interfax.
Fifteen people, including two children, sought medical help after the fire in the metro, sources in medical circles said.
Now there are several ambulances parked near Okhotny Ryad, people coming out of the metro in dirt and soot and washing themselves at a hydrant working nearby.
