The accused Andrei Barabanov, Stepan Zimin, Denis Lutskevich, Yaroslav Belousov, Artem Savelov, Sergei Krivov, Alexey Polikhovich, Vladimir Akimenkov, Nikolai Kavkazsky, Leonid Kovyazin are under arrest, Alexandra Dukhanina is under house arrest, and Maria Baronova is under recognizance not to leave.
