Membership in the "All -Russian Popular Front" will become exclusively individual - collective members will cease to be accepted in the organization of supporters of Vladimir Putin: other organizations and professional associations. According to Izvestia with reference to sources in the ONF leadership, this situation will be contained in the charter of the movement that will be accepted at the Constituent Congress on June 11–12.
At the moment, the procedure for joining the ONF has not been prescribed, but not only individual citizens, but also entire organizations, trade unions and workers' groups could take part before the official registration of movement in the work of the Front. This happened without signing any documents, in the format of free connection.
“We will no longer have any collective entry of unicorns or“ Uralvagonzavod ”. We do not want people to say“ I would join the ONF. ”Everyone should be an active participant in the movement,” said the source of the publication in the working group for the preparation of the ONF charter.
Now every person who wants to get into motion will have to sign a declaration in which he will agree with the main landmarks and goals of movement.
The head of the Central Executive Committee of the ONF Vyacheslav Lysakov expressed confidence that with a private membership of the deficiency in those who wish to join in motion.
"We do not need the influx of entire organizations, trade unions and groups, we already have enough people who want to become members. In addition, there were cases when individuals from joining organizations later objected, said that this was done without their consent," Lysakov explained. “But with a private income, such cases will be excluded.”
Currently, more than 2 thousand organizations take part in the ONF work in the format of free accession, including 173 federal and 1941 regional and interregional, including the Association of Roads of Freedom of Choice, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, as well as labor groups of Russian Railways and Russian Post OJSC.

As expected, about 1,500 delegates will take part in the ONF congress. These, in particular, are governors, Putin’s proxies and the heads of his election headquarters, employees of the presidential administration, including his plenipotentiary representatives in federal districts.
The initiative of the creation of the ONF Vladimir Putin made on May 6, 2011 at the United Russia interregional conference in Volgograd. He explained then that United Russia needs a tributary of new people and fresh ideas and opinions. Dmitry Medvedev, who then held the presidency, said that the creation of the "All -Russian Popular Front" "is explainable from the point of view of electoral technologies" and complies with the legislation.
