If Amirov testifies, the world will tremble

Countless publications and the same number of people spoke out about the arrest of the mayor of Makhachkala. Few people receive such attention. Yes, it turns out that the scale of the influence of this man’s personality on the Dagestanis was great, judging by how excited they were here. I even heard a version that he was a world-class figure. Don't flatter yourself, gentlemen, he wasn't that great. What a global figure he is, if hardly anyone has heard of him outside of Dagestan. So, the local criminal king.

Legends and fables, conspiracy theories and oaths of allegiance, long discussions after “departure” and subsequent oblivion - all this is also a mandatory attribute of a “big” criminal personality. In a word, to “great” people - from grateful compatriots.

Many people today can’t wrap their heads around the idea of ​​such a person!.. and in handcuffs. Discussions do not stop on the topics: what it was, how it happened, why he was taken, why he was taken this way and not otherwise. Or why they took him in particular, and what other crimes could be charged against him. And what will happen to Dagestan without the “founding father” and the “guarantor” of its existence.

People have not yet gotten used to the idea that he has already been arrested and is sitting in a pre-trial detention center and that, no matter the outcome, he will be there for quite a long time. And they still have little idea of ​​how events will develop regarding his stay there and how all this could “come back to haunt” Dagestan and Russia.

The era of gray cardinals from politics and crime in Dagestan, fortunately for its population, is already coming to a long-awaited and final end. Amirov, I am sure, regardless of whether he wanted it or not, will act as the last nail that will hammer into the coffin of unrest and absolute bacchanalia in Dagestan. True, there are still a few “big” and “important” mayors and other anachronistic personalities left there. I am sure that justice, with all its inevitability, will soon sweep through their palaces. Despite the fact that at every opportunity they all swear eternal love to their “native” party and its leader.

I have always said that in Dagestan there should be only one “clan” - the “clan” of the president, in the healthy sense of the word - all other clans should be “disbanded” at any cost. Moreover, which is very important, completely regardless of the nationality of the president.

Of course, there is crime in all countries of the world. If there are law enforcement agencies in a country, this is a sure sign that there are all sorts of lawbreakers there. Without them, no society “can” exist. But for criminals to find themselves in power, not only that, but for such a long time to “successfully operate”, and for the whole society to gossip about it - this is very, very rare. There are very few such places on Earth. Maybe Ecuador, Honduras and a few other bad places like that. All progressive humanity is waging a merciless war against this kind of outrage, sparing no effort and resources. The fact that Abdulatipov undertook to eradicate Amirov and the “Amirovism” in Dagestan is, of course, a healthy phenomenon. Knowing modern Russia, I can safely assume that the matter will be brought to its logical conclusion, and the “empire” will be destroyed to the last brick. Along the way, the division of the “empire” will definitely begin. And this process is very painful and fraught with all sorts of armed resistance, raider takeovers and ordered landings and other bad ordered things. And I will also assume that the main performances from the “open up, police” series are still to come. Many people from his “first circle” and, I hope, all other circles will still receive their well-deserved punishment.

Many officials (almost all significant government agencies of Dagestan), many deputies at various levels have already signed up for petitions in support of the arrested man. All of them once again confirmed their loyalty to the former mayor and imprisoned Said Amirov. All these people can be understood. Some of them still have an outstanding “debt” to Amirov. And, as you know, debt is worth paying. Many received their “lucrative positions,” monopoly businesses and other benefits solely through kinship, close acquaintance, or through the provision of various dubious services to him. Now all of them are awaiting, to put it mildly, “re-certification.” Therefore, according to the laws of the genre, they bend over backwards to help. It is clear that, by and large, they are helping themselves, not him. Without it, they are nothing, they are “lost.” Athletes, I think, don’t count. They got involved in this company under the impression or out of the simplicity of their soul.

There is one peculiar feature in the Dagestani mentality, and it is called “helping the strong.” In other words, you won’t find anyone willing to help the weak and poor during the day, but there is more than enough to help the “strong” and rich. This feature also “forces” many to sign all these appeals and “pushes” them to rallies. After all, in their understanding, there was a misunderstanding with Amirov, that he would soon be released and everything would return to normal.

It is clear that shedding “crocodile tears” is not easy for these poor politicians and officials. After all, they have absolutely no idea how everything will go. For example, if he doesn’t sign and Amirov is released. What then? On the other hand, if Putin makes appropriate personnel decisions regarding him, accusing him of resisting the decisions of the party and the authorities. Then what?

Poor people!

That’s what I’m interested in: what arguments did these people follow when they signed these appeals to the central authorities in support of the detainee? In cases where the arrest is clearly politically motivated and this is confirmed by the opinion of the majority of the population, this is understandable. When a person arrested for a non-serious crime is actually ill, and a fatal outcome with inadequate care is predicted by doctors, this is also understandable. In short, situations sometimes arise in any society when compassionate and reasonable people consider it their duty to help the arrested person. And in our case what? And how do they even imagine it - to take and release a person accused of murder? Why he was charged with this particular charge is another question.

And what will “those around you” think about all this, seeing that a large number of politicians and officials of republican rank are coming forward with a “demand” to release the murder suspect? Dagestan is already famous in the minds of the Russian and world public for the fact that murderers freed for bribes roam the streets there freely. This will be further confirmation of this belief. We talk all the time about a good image for Dagestan. But one thing is absolutely clear to me here - everyone who signed these appeals definitely needs to be checked for a criminal past, and for the presence of connections that discredit the high rank of a Dagestan politician and official. Don’t go to a fortune teller here, rarely will anyone who is honest and “unsullied” by consuming Amirov’s “services” sign up - only “connected by one chain.” But in this whole situation there is a very positive, I would even say encouraging, moment: there are catastrophically few signatories, that is, openly speaking on Amirov’s side, knowing Dagestan, knowing the local psychology. This is a joyful sign. This means that the authorities here have finally begun to fear more than local crime. This means that the authority of the authorities is being restored. And this, in turn, means that all is not lost.

I personally see several scenarios for the development of further events regarding this matter. First, they will “starve” him for some time as an edification, they say, there is nothing to contradict the Kremlin. I mean, stop thinking about the presidency. Moscow has appointed whoever it needs, and there is no need to oppose him. And they will let you go. Then almost nothing will change. And then there will be a “celebration on the street” of the signatories. But this is an unlikely outcome. According to this article, no one is ever released for nothing. And if they let him go, then this state is worthless. And those who have signed up and who go to all kinds of support rallies should know that, firstly, the “initiators and developers” of his arrest are no longer afraid of your public “anger.” Secondly, having “foreseen” such protests, just in case, they protected themselves by immediately “soldering” him a particularly serious article. If a person was “taken” under this article, then even though the people will burst into indignation in the squares, nothing can be done about this situation. He will be held for the entire period provided for by law - from call to call. And here the authorities will be right from all points of view. They could have jailed him under a light crime, for example, for tax evasion. Or for some kind of misappropriation of some enterprise, which would certainly be found in his “track record”. Even the notorious Al Capone was “thrown away” not for murder and torture, but for banal non-payment of taxes. Although, all of America was buzzing about his cruelty and bloodthirstiness. But Russia has its own rules.

Another option is that the process will go according to the planned scenario - more murders and many different serious and not so serious crimes from his past will come to light, and he will be “closed” for the rest of his life. Amirov, a man, is as smart and cunning as he is cruel and cynical. Knowing Dagestan, there is no doubt that only and exclusively these qualities in these places forge the “leadership” spirit. So, in order to avoid such an outcome, he will certainly cooperate with the investigation. As they say, if you want to live, you can go anywhere. He is now carefully watching how they are trying to get him out. If he feels that the people who recently “fed” from his hands are not trying hard enough, then he will definitely want to punish them by assisting the investigation. By and large, he has nothing to lose. This is the psychology of a criminal leader. In the criminal world, the law that says to keep your mouth shut applies only to low-level bandits. This law does not affect the highest level, especially the leader. And in this case, the process promises to be loud. Not in the sense that this process will be closely monitored by the whole world. And in the sense, the exclamations of those present at the trial will be loud: Really! It can't be! And he's involved! How is this possible! If, of course, the process is open. And then the world will tremble from what will be “revealed” to his gaze. What an unsightly underside of Dagestan and Russian politics and business will appear before the public in all its dense and ruthless glory. Many heads will roll then. In any case, they must fly, as is customary in the civilized world.

Another outcome, perhaps the most likely, is that so that he “does not open his mouth,” he will be killed in the isolation ward. For example, a diabetic crisis. And that's all. If they don’t do it from Makhachkala, then they will do it from Moscow. Because knowledgeable people understand that what will be revealed by the investigation will be so stunning that it can seriously discredit the Russian government. And this, as we know, cannot be allowed.
