A plastic card specifically for paying for visits to public toilets in Moscow will soon be issued, reports M24.ru.
One visit to the toilet will cost 30 rubles. You can top up your toilet card account through a special terminal near the toilets. Until the cards come out, you need to pay the cashier.
You can stay in such a toilet for no more than 10 minutes; at the 11th minute an alarm will sound and security officers will come running.
Toilets equipped with terminals will be installed throughout the city; it is planned to install 1,300 stalls. Now you can look into ten - including near the VDNH, Dynamo and Barrikadnaya metro stations.
The project is being carried out by Komkhoz-Service LLC and ST Consulting LLC. After the competition, the firms were given a lease of five thousand square meters of space for 200 million rubles. Each toilet stall, painted golden, costs 3.5 million rubles.
